After years of valiantly battling health issues, Carmen A. Santiago, 83, formerly of the Bronx, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Colonial Park Care Center. She joins in Heaven many beloved family members, including her parents, her sister Edith, her brother Luis, and several nephews.
