Daniel B. Wilbern, born on June 18, 1963, in Harrisburg, passed away on March 7, 2025, at Harrisburg Hospital. He was the son of the late Katherine Frances Hadley and Graham Daniels. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Debbie.
Daniel was known for his kind heart; he loved, protected, and provided for his family.
Daniel had a varied career as a forklift driver and welder, and he also enjoyed working at The Crayola Factory, a place that brought joy to his youngest daughter. He graduated from William Penn High School and carried with him the spirit of his education throughout life.
A man of many talents, Daniel loved fishing, cookouts, and cooking. He had a passion for working on cars, both real and model, and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. His evenings were often spent watching classic shows like Sanford and Son and Columbo, and catching up with his family, where he could share his hilarious stories that kept everyone laughing.
Daniel was a man of faith; he was a member of the Baptist community and had a special fondness for crosses, which reflected his beliefs.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters, Kiana and Kiandra; and siblings, Patricia, James, and Gwen. Daniel also cherished his grandchild, Rayana Parks. The warmth of his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
