Jenifer Marie Bass

Jenifer Marie Bass, 36, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 4, 2022 in Carlisle.

Born August 18, 1985 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of Frances V. Kennedy and the late Henry C. Bass.

She was a graduate of Carlisle High School and received her CNA certificate.

Jenifer was a caring, loving person who was compelled to help others and wanted everyone to get along.  She truly always chose to see the best in others.  The family comedian, she was always ready to have fun with her family and friends; whether fishing, listening to Rap or R&B music, having “Jersey Shore Nights” or just spending time with those she loved.

Surviving is her mother:  Frances V. Kennedy, with whom she resided; her sons:  Jaiden Bass and Chanse Bonner; her sisters:  Dorothy Ronan, Portage, PA, Betty Bass (and her husband, Lanoris King), Oviedo, FL, and Sarah Bass, Carlisle; her brother:  Billy Joe Bass, Shippensburg; her dog:  Lucky; 15 nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends, all of whom will miss her greatly.

Services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Kimmel Funeral Home, 2001 Market Street, Harrisburg, where friends will be received from 2:00 pm until the time of services.
