Jorge Hiran Diaz, 53 of 108 School St. died Thursday, 1/28/16
at Spring Creek Rehabilitation.
He was a hard worker, loving son, father, grandfather and husband.
Surviving are wife: Stacey Diaz, 3 daughters: Hannah Diaz, Jay Auxier, Heidi Forney & 2 sons: Nicholas & Franky Diaz. Also, 3 grand kids: Bradyn Diaz, Bentley & Brysen Zeiders & a grandson to be. Parents: Josefina & Fransisco Diaz, Brother: Junior Diaz & Sister-in-law Madelyn Diaz.
Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated Thursday, 2-4-16 @ 11am at St. Francis of Assisi Church with Father Orlando. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
