Julio C. Reyes

Julio Cesar Reyes, 89, of Reading, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Phoenixville Hospital.

Born December 10, 1931 in Juncos, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Julian Delgado and Carmen Reyes and was also preceded in death by his son, Julio Cesar Delgado.

Julio was an accomplished singer and musician. He played the guitar and trumpet in several bands and wrote many songs, both Christian and secular. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather and will be truly missed.

Surviving is his loving wife, Maria L. Rivera; his daughter, Carmen Florentino, 3 grandchildren, Rose Diaz, Lytcha Colon and Chris Colon; and 3 great grandchildren, Marianaliz, Jadiel, and Janielys.

Kimmel Funeral Home, Harrisburg, is handling arrangements.
