Ruth Noemi Rodriguez, 62, Harrisburg, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at her home in the presence of her loving daughter and family.

Born June 23, 1959 in Cidra, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Adalbert Rodriguez and Emma L. Santiago Rodriguez, Harrisburg.

In addition to her mother, Ruth is survived by her daughter, Bianca Horne; 2 sons: Linardo DeJesus Sr. and Jason Horne; one sister: Marisol Vasquez; one brother: Angel Rodriguez; 6 grandchildren: Linardo, Jr., Amaryllis, Jeremiah, Michael, Jaion, Jakhy; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was retired from the State Department of Finance after over 20 years. Hardworking and loving, Ruth doted on her family. She enjoyed shopping at department stores and watching daytime television, especially game shows and soap operas. A woman of faith, she often read the Bible and prayed regularly.

Services will be held 12:00 pm Friday, November 5, 2021 at Kimmel Funeral Home, 2001 Market Street, Harrisburg, with Pastor Roque Santiago officiating. Viewing will be from 11:00 am until noon. Burial will follow at William Howard Day Cemetery.

Face coverings are required inside the funeral home and at the cemetery.
