William L. Faust, Sr.

William L. Faust, Sr., 86, West Chester, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Neighborhood Hospice.
Born July 26, 1927 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Lee M. Hayes and Gladys Faust; was a 1945 graduate of Lemoyne High School, received his Bachelor's degree from West Chester State and his Master's from Columbia University. He was the owner of Orbisonia Music Center and Faust Enterprises in West Chester.
A member of the American Legion, Mr. Faust was a Marine Corps veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict and played in the Marine Corps Band.
Surviving are his children: William L. Faust, Jr., Elverson, Thomas J. Faust, Huntingdon, Carole J. Adams (and her husband, Dean), West Chester, and Robert E. Faust (and his wife, Cynthia), Schertz, TX; a half brother: Charles Hayes; a half sister: Eloise Hayes McGarry; and 4 grandsons: Timothy, Steven, Michael and Matthew Faust.
Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Kimmel Funeral Home, 2001 Market Street, Harrisburg. Friends will be received from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill.
